Meet Your CTA Coaching Staff
At Cheerleading Techniques Academy, we take pride in offering more than just expert instruction—we provide a coaching experience that supports the whole athlete. Our dedicated staff is not only passionate and knowledgeable about the sport of cheerleading but also deeply committed to the mental and emotional well-being of every athlete.
We understand that cheerleading is as much a mental game as it is physical. That’s why our coaches specialize in:
Helping athletes overcome mental blocks
Building confidence through positive reinforcement
Creating a safe, supportive, and fun training environment
Our goal is to empower every athlete to thrive—both on and off the mat.

Coach Madde
Tumbling & Jumps Coach at CTA | Intro. to Cheer Coach
Hi, I’m Madde—a proud graduate of Louisville High School and a lifelong cheerleader and dancer! My cheer journey began in kindergarten with an exhibition team at NEO, followed by Little Leopards, middle school cheer, and eventually cheering on the high school football, basketball, and game day competition teams. I’ve also been dancing since the age of three, progressing from recreational to competitive dance.
One of my proudest achievements is being selected for the UCA All-American Cheer Team, which gives me the incredible opportunity to cheer across the globe!
I’ve always had a deep passion for teaching and sharing the sports I love. I’ve taught dance classes to kids of all ages and love connecting with young athletes at our annual cheer clinic. Over the years, I’ve also helped many individuals prepare for tryouts, competitions, and auditions—always with the goal of helping them feel empowered and confident.
For me, success in cheer or dance isn’t just about mastering the moves—it’s about believing in yourself. I’m here to help each athlete grow in skill, self-confidence, and love for the sport.

Hope has competed as a Level 5 and 6 athlete, specializing in tumbling, stunting, basing, and flying. Even while training and competing, she found time to give back by assisting with mini and prep programs, showing her dedication to mentoring younger athletes.
